She might be young, but she’s wise beyond her years, at least when it comes to realizing that some things just go better together, such as peanut butter and jelly, or an electric car and solar panels.

As you just heard in the video, a collaboration between SunPower and Ford Motor Company can garner you a rebate plus a sizable donation to the largest and most influential grassroots environmental organization in the US. With the Drive Green For Life program, the purchase or lease of a Ford EV or plug-in hybrid and the purchase or lease of a SunPower solar array can put a $750 rebate back in your pocket, while the Sierra Club will receive a $500 donation. This deal isn’t limited to new Ford EV buyers, either, as current owners can also take advantage of this ‘driving on sunshine’ package.
